The Tom Grant Interview 05

“COURTNEY NEEDS HELP!”

One of my young outspoken critics wrote that he is helping Courtney because she needs his help.

Courtney Love For possibly the first time in her life, Courtney has gotten herself involved in a situation where she is unable to speak for herself or even to launch an effective attack in her defense! Apparently, with all her money and connections, Courtney is still not getting enough help from the twelve attorneys she is always bragging about.

  • However, if you really want to know how helpless Courtney Love is…

  • Talk to those she is punched out…

  • Talk to those whose hotel rooms she has trashed… Read the rest of this entry »

The Tom Grant Interview 04

I studied the media materials and found it was full of planted information and misinformation. One story had Courtney grieving at home while I know she was actually at Canyon Ranch in Arizona sleeping with Billy Corgan.

I wondered what Courtney Love’s past romantic conquests and had to do with a murder investigation. Grant offered this explanation.

Grant:” That is one of the revisions I just made to my site. I have gotten many questions from people saying ‘how did you know that?’ Read the rest of this entry »

Burden Of Proof

To begin, as was made painfully clear in the infamous O.J. Simpson criminal trial, the “burden of proof” in such a case is placed solely in the hands of the prosecution. Those who are waiting for Courtney Love and other people to speak out, and/or those who ask for proof of suicide are all missing this point.

However, I do believe that in this document I exhibit loads of proof that:

  • A: Kurt Cobain had expressed suicidal tendencies for years and fit the profile of someone who could and quite possibly would commit suicide to a tee Read the rest of this entry »

An introduction about myself (who I am)

I am a regular member of the Usenet newsgroup alt.music.nirvana, and have been since approximately September of 1994. During that, time there has been a lot of talk there about Tom Grant and his investigation. When I read his files on the matter for the first time, June 26, 1995, I was so amazed at how ridiculous his written investigation read, saying outrageous things without backing any of it up; much of his investigation at that time (and even today) consisted of parts akin to:

“I heard this said, even though I have no evidence of it,” or, “I saw this happen, and you’ll just have to take my word for it.” And my favorite, “This person gave me this really incriminating testimony, even though now she and her law firm deny it, and are threatening to sue me…” Read the rest of this entry »

The Tom Grant Interview 03

Tom Grant:”There was another incident at the house, sometime earlier, where Kurt had supposedly overdosed. Courtney injected him with some additional drugs and she claimed that she knew what she was doing, that she was trying to help him come out of a state that he was in.

“He [Cobain] apparently got some fibers from the cotton in his vein… We have a list of those drugs and from all the checking we have done, there was nothing there that would have helped him in his situation. Everything that she injected into him would have made him worse. However, there were other people at the house and, again, I believe that incident was interrupted and Kurt ended up getting some medical help. Read the rest of this entry »

THC: Some would argue that you are trying to sell a book or in some way take advantage of the death of Kurt Cobain.

“I’ve gone for almost three years refusing money. I have even sent back a few small donations. I have never accepted any large donations at all. I have done this to maintain my credibility and still no matter what I have done, people are accusing me of doing it for money or to get publicity. I do not know what more I could have done. “Just because you’re paranoid
Don’t mean they’re not after you”
Nirvana- Territorial Pissings

This interview began with a tip from a friend who was a fellow journalist from another college. She had been in contact with him through e-mail and showed me the original Tom Grant Cobain Murder Investigation documents. I was amazed that this story had not been covered in the major media or even on MTV. Only Newsweek had covered it at the time, but the treatment essentially hinted that Grant was too paranoid to be taken seriously. After gaining some credibility, Grant seemed to disappear, many people were wondering had I heard from him. Fact is, after the interview, Grant and I never talked again.

Now Grant has a new site, which I have tried to update in the links where possible, but he has come full circle and seems to be content with being the first to draw major attention to the case’s indescrepencies. Read the rest of this entry »

Kurt Cobain topples Elvis Presley

It seemed impossible for anyone to oust the “king of rock ‘in the list of dead celebrities who continue to generate more money. But nothing is, as it seems to Kurt Cobain, another king (although of the ‘grunge’, that even here the sound tearing Seattle also had its social classes in one’s own, much as in life always wanted to see that there was with it the popularity that it presupposes a rock star.
